Who are we looking for?

  • 1 year customer service / sales experience desirable but not essential, Full training will be given

  • Can do positive attitude- thrive in creative problem solving

  • Excited to learn and develop new skills, and progress within the company

  • People person, Excited to meet new people face to face and help create a fantastic team

  • Eligible to work in the UK (Currently we can’t accept a Tier 4 Visa, and can’t offer sponsorship either.)

With full training could you?

  • Meeting with potential new customers on behalf of the company

  • Giving excellent customer service, and conducting sales

  • Creating a relaxed and fun environment for customers

  • Handling subsequent sales enquiries including cross selling and upselling, giving advice for customers

  • Progressing in the company- Team Leading - training, organising team events, managing merchandise and materials for the team, motivating and helping team members hit targets

Please note: Applicants must be 18 years old or over due to client demands as you will be signing contracts on behalf of customers. A driving license is not required. At Alpha Gamma Solutions we firmly believe in putting the customer first while driving sales. As a company, we also like to make sure we maximize sales and revenue while driving the business forward. We work within events, B2B & Residential campaigns. All sales are paid on completion allowing for uncapped earnings and a bonus structure. While working self-employed this will allow you to capitalize on your earnings and future. This position is based in Central London so please be sure that you can commute in on a daily basis.
