Sales and Marketing Administrator - Lichfield

Hollyfield Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their existing client on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties to include:

  • Supporting the sales team by completing all related administration
  • Producing various correspondence including letters, spreadsheets and various reports
  • Processing sales orders
  • Recording reservations and cancellations
  • Sending out relevant documentation and details
  • Ensuring all documentation is in line with company policies and procedures
  • Completing any other ad-hoc duties as required
  • General administration

Essential Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Well organised with a strong eye for detail
  • Be available to start work at short notice

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Salary:

Negotiable
