• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Processing orders
• The creation and distribution of quotations
• Maintaining customer records
• Notifying customers of shipment
• Meeting Quality Standards and KPIs
• General administration
You’ll use your knowledge to support the sales team with building customer rapport, and advise them on ways to maintain that. The ideal candidate will be organised and not afraid to take charge and really own their position. An awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace is needed, a full clean driving licence and experience in either a logistics role or a sales administration background. This is a fantastic career opportunity. You’ll earn £25k plus a bonus scheme, this position is based in Chessington.
