Sales and Lettings Negotiator - South West London

This award-winning Prime Central London Agency is seeking motivated negotiators who have experience in parts of London that the firm does not currently cover. In particular, they are seeking professionals from South West London markets, such as, Wandsworth, Battersea, Clapham and Fulham.

The role involves building a sales and lettings book in your chosen area using your own expertise and contacts. You will not only be responsible for winning instructions, but also for negotiating the transactions. You will have access to the company databases and any documents you made need, as well as having full support from the highly experienced team at head office.

You will be based in the field and will work from home, so this role would only suit professionals who are highly motivated and driven. This is a real chance to build a business and progress your career with a renowned agency supporting you.

Personal specification:

  • Educated to degree level is essential
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a negotiator
  • Preferably ARLA/NAEA qualified, however, this is not essential as the company will pay for training and examinations
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Be proactive
  • Be articulate.

As the firm does not have offices within these areas, the role will pay up to 40% commission rate. Your total compensation package is limited only by your ambition. The company will also provide a basic salary of £12,000 to £15,000.

If you succeed in achieving a turnover in excess of targets, which the firm will agree with you, there may be an opportunity to open an office in your area for you to run and recruit a team.
