A wholesaler for a luxury product who are doing exceptionally well. The team are driven, vibrant and very welcoming. They are a small company who are growing at a vast rate and offer career opportunities to those who are passionate with a hunger to succeed.
- Raising and sending Purchase Orders with T&Cs to suppliers
- Processing all Direct Dispatch Orders for customers
- Running daily stock lists and stock list with costs
- Maintaining and sending out new customer & supplier account opening forms with T&Cs
- Setting up new customers & suppliers on the system
- Processing Sales Orders
- Sending invoices to customers
- Updating RRPs on the system regularly
- Pricing analysis - comparing with competitors
- Creating and producing employee documentation
- Collating information for staff benefits; holidays, pensions ect
- Liaising with Payroll
What you need to be considered:
- Previous experience working within sales administration or HR administration
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Very strong and clear communication skills
- Switched on and bright with the ability to multi task if needed
- Educated to Degree level would be advantageous
