Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd have recently registered a fantastic opportunity for a term time Sales and Customer Services Co-ordinator to join our respected client based in Witney. This in an exciting opening for a highly motivated and personable candidate seeking a role within school term times only.

As a Sales and Customer Services Co-ordinator, your primary duties will be to develop strong relationships with International and UK customers with a focus on recruiting new business and building revenue with existing customers. You will be sales orientated with a responsible and 'can do' attitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

Job role:Sales and Customer Services Co-ordinator
Location:Witney, Oxfordshire
Hours:Term time only - 8.00 - 4.00
Duration:Temporary - Permanent

Core responsibilities:
*Recruiting new customers and increasing activity of existing customers via telephone and email campaigns
*Working with active customers to maximise their revenue potential
*Building relationships and ensuring maximum customer retention
*Maintaining product knowledge
*Acting as a business representative at exhibitions and appropriate networking events as required
*Responding to all new business enquiries and generate additional responses from mailings through telephone follow up
*Accurate task completion - investigating queries, establishing new customers, chasing orders and updating records
*Dealing with all customer phone calls and adhering to quality standards
*Proof reading marketing materials as required
*Participate in creative brainstorms
*Support International sales force where needed
*Provide marketing support as required

Candidate Specification:
*Previous experience of communicating via telephone and email
*Previous experience in a sales and customer service role would be an advantage
*Excellent communication skills delivered with enthusiasm and passion for the business
*Ability to juggle numerous tasks
*Experience of working to targets
*Sales/Service Orientated
*Ability to prioritise work and plan ahead
*Open and ability to adapt to change
