So if you're looking for a role where virtually no day is the same, a role where you can drive a sales team to provide our customers with support with any product or service related query, then we have the perfect role for you.
You will have responsibility for all tasks dealt with by the CS team. You'll work closely with the Sales Office Manager to create a motivated sales team. You'll lead by example and train new starters. You'll support the management team to achieve sales and margin targets of the branch. You'll manage any complaints and provide solutions to the customer and suppliers before issues are escalated. We truly invest in our team and support them in their career development.
*The working hours are 8:30am - 5pm and 9am - 5:30pm on alternate weeks. Therefore you'll be working 37.5hrs per week with a one hour lunch break in between*
So if you…
- Have experience of supervising or leading a customer service team
- Have had some product knowledge or come from a related industry that would be great however full training will be provided.
- Have great soft selling skills and great problem solving skills
- Thrive on delivering excellent customer service whilst providing IDS's services and products
- Have degree of resilience and the ability to remain calm during busy periods
