Experience and background of their Sales and Customer Support Advisors
It will certainly help if you have a background in banking or insurance. It would also help if you have experience in working in sales or customer support roles and providing a world-class service. But none of this is essential.

This is an office-based role, in the centre of Norwich. To be successful in this role you will be very well organised, service oriented and have strong communication skills to enable you to thrive in an online and telephony-based environment.
You will manage relationships with a number of customers through the day, so you must be a competent multi-tasker who has strong organisational skills and be quick and accurate on a computer. You must also have well developed customer service skills as connecting with their customers and helping them through their process is vital.
You will be the first critical point of contact for customers who visit either their company website or a partner’s website and enquire either online or by telephone. As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will be working as an integral member of a dedicated team responsible for the pre-qualification and customer support of guarantor loan applications. You will be managing and co-ordinating individual cases from receipt of application through to underwriting. You’ll also be delivering an exceptional standard of customer service whilst using rapport building skills to help customers through each stage of their process.
What they offer
This is a full-time, permanent position comprising 40 hours a week including one Saturday morning a month for which overtime is paid. In addition, they offer:
- £17,000 - £23,000 basic salary

- 21 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year of service (max 25 days)
- Company contributed pension of 3% rising to 5% in April

- Death in service benefit equivalent to 4 x salary
