Broadridge Global Distribution Solutions

Broadridge Global Distribution Solutions is the Broadridge’s Global Data and Analytics Division serving asset management clients across the world. The products supported in this division include Global Market Intelligence, Insights and Consulting services. The Global Market Intelligence platform combines our unique datasets of FundFile, SalesWatch and Money in Motion to offer managers the most comprehensive view of the industry across the landscape of client types and universe of investment vehicles.

We are currently seeking for a highly motivated, team oriented, analytical qualified Sales and Client Management Administrator specialist to support the Global Distribution Solutions team in Europe and Asia.

The associate will be responsible for :

  • Renew existing client agreements for the European and Asian teams (prior to existing contract end date)
  • Liaison with Sales, Legal and Account payable team on preparation of all pricing proposals, legal documents and invoice issues
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customers records
  • Staying up to date with new products and features
  • Contributing actively to close contracts
  • Visit clients on a regular basis to address all open projects, etc…
  • Contribute to the Client Satisfaction Surveys process

Skills & requirements

  • Degree-level
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Sales Support
  • Core skills : Organisational excellence and ability to work under pressure
  • Capable of working across teams to drive client success
  • Exceed client expectations
  • Legal or contract experience or qualifications beneficial
