Sales and Business Development Manager
Location: Hertfordshire, Watford.
Salary: £35,000 + 12% OTE (3% increase after 15K plus 5% after £30K) + Perkbox

*Understanding of current IT issues and an appreciation of Virtualisation solutions, SAN Technology and Software as a service (SAAS).
*assist with and direct, develop and grow the company, with emphasis on the London and the south east operations and with particular emphasis on Hertfordshire and London to
ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved, and that sales staff are motivated and trained to follow up enquiries, support customers with pre-sales enquiries and update the CRM database for
*supervise the direct sales staff in their day-to-day tasks and present information on the sales teams’performance and progress, driving new revenues by effectively challenging and motivating employees.
*you will recruit, train and develop staff as required and ensure that optimum standards of Customer Service are delivered.
*set up and attend customer meeting with decision makers,identifying their needs in order to sell tailored solutions to their requirements.
*work alongside the main IT vendors.
*build up and maintain knowledge of the emerging technologies and competitors operating within the space.
