Sales and Administration Co-ordinator - 1 year contract

Our client in the beauty industry, based in Brentford is seeking a Sales and Administration Co-ordinator to join their office on a full time, permanent basis.

1 year contract

Salary: £21-23k plus commission

Job Description:

  • Maintaining and building client relationships
  • Working along side the sales department and meeting company targets
  • Following up sales and confirming appointments/meetings
  • Coordination of enquiries and general administrative tasks as required
  • Promotion of company products and courses
  • Assisting in the set up events and exhibitions
  • Upkeeping business records accurately
  • Provide support in dealing with client complaints effectively
  • Assist within stock control

Person Specification:

  • General interest in beauty preferred
  • Sales background/wouldn’t mind doing sales
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Confident and well presented
  • IT literate with strong communication skills
  • Approachable and able to prioritise tasks
