A Sales Coordinator / Account manager job with a large engineering and production company.

Your new company
A world leading manufacturing organisation who specialise in alloy components. With a history covering over 2 centuries of experience and success my clients are looking for a dynamic and confident individual to join their Customer service team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract and full time basis.

Your new role
You will manage and administrate allocated client accounts and build & maintain these relationship. You will communicate effectively with clients and update them on the progress on each order along with any changes and order issues. You will work closely with the planning and production team along with the engineering department gaining regular updates and progress reports to keep clients up to date.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have exceptional customer service and with a strong level of IT experience including knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience in working with CRM systems such as SalesForce is also beneficial. You must have experience in working within a fast paced environment with an extremely high level of organisation skills. You must be able to communicate well both verbally and written along with showing resilience and tenacity when dealing with customers.
