Overview of Role

Potentially working across two companies.

To answer incoming enquiries with a solutions based service and provide accurate quotations in a timely manner. By taking a proactive approach, improving the success rate for converting quotes to orders. To undertake pro-active sales activities in order to develop business.

To ensure that all customer orders are processed effectively and efficiently through the production and administrative functions so that every order is correct, despatched on time and in line with the company’s quality standards. To monitor and manage client payments for orders, releasing work to the production team as appropriate and undertaking credit control when necessary

To ensure that all entries in OUR BESPOKE COMPANY SYSTEMS, are up to date as per your training; working in the package as often as you have been advised. Working to the company’s rigorous quality standards; reporting to Senior Sales Management and The Managing Director
