- Salary: £20,000 per annum plus uncapped commission (£40,000 OTE)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business based in Liverpool City Centre that can you offer you an excellent starting basic salary of £20,000 plus the opportunity to earn excellent uncapped commission (£40K OTE) through contacting warm enquiries.
The role involves making outbound calls to customers who have made an enquiry and providing them with support and advice in order for them to make an informed decision on a free service. All calls will be made to qualified and warm customers only and all data will be provided so there is no need to generate leads or cold call.
- Outbound calling to customers
- Promoting a new service and explaining the benefits of this to customers
- Having detailed conversations with customers and understanding their wants and needs
- Qualifying and gathering information
- Data cleansing
- Maintaining and updating records accurately
- Achieving and exceeding targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Conduct a thorough fact find over the phone with the customer to establish their needs
- Build rapport to enable you to draw out the customer's requirements with a consultative approach to sales
- High standards of customer service and integrity
- Previous experience in an advisory or consultative sales position
- Proven experience working to targets and KPIs
- Team player with the ability to drive and motivate yourself and others
