E (Gas and Electricity) Ltd are a rapidly expanding domestic energy company with over 200,000 customers. We are looking for an Telesales Advisor to promote the benefits of switching energy supply to E, including genuine savings and financial rewards. You will be paid a basic guaranteed salary of £16,000 per year, and commission (uncapped) for every successful customer switch. On target earnings of £21-24,000 per year.
Our sales office is located near Sutton Coldfield train station, and we offer free on-site parking, 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri between 9.30am and 7.00pm, and Saturdays on a rotational basis. Benefits include an enhanced pension scheme and 28 days holiday per year
Skills and experience required
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with a strong customer focused attitude
- Ability to build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions
- Handle and overcome objections to influence and close
- Proven track record in sales with at least 1 years’ experience within a telesales role
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- IT literate
- Strong desire to succeed and thrive on working within a target driven environment
- Ability to work under pressure
