Sales Advisor

Liberty Retirement Living will provide 94 high-quality, modern cottages and apartments within our retirement village in Chapeltown. Chapelton We require a passionate Sales Advisor to manage the overall sales process so that our customers receive the best possible service.

What your role will be

This role will enable you to showcase your sales skills under the tutelage of a very supportive and experienced manager.

As the Sales Advisor, you will provide a first class sales service to our customers, selling the plots off-plan and advising them through every step of this exciting, innovative buying experience. Your role will be to convert enquiries and expressions of interest into sales.  You will achieve this by being the expert when it comes to advising on house types, specifications and the buying procedure; unlikely the purchasers will require a mortgage so perhaps leave this part out and ensuring timely completions. You will ensure accurate and timely records are kept in relation to plot sales status, forecast dates, sales progression notes and audit trail information.

Please note that you will receive commission for each unit that you secure and furthermore you will also receive an end of scheme bonus still to be confirmed if annual bonus/end of scheme bonus on completion of your contract. Due to the nature of the role there will be weekend working.

Your background

The ideal candidate will have experience selling New Homes or come from an estate agency background. The successful candidate will possess excellent administration skills and have the ability to keep all paper work up to date.  Due to the nature of the role we require someone that has excellent communication skills and is able to influence in a positive manner.  Ultimately you will understand what good customer service looks like and have a good knowledge of the property market.
