Sales Advisor – Remote

Location: Remote, UK

Salary: £26,800 plus monthly bonus

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday between 8.15am and 5.45pm

Start Date: January

A fast-growing consumer services company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join their remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales experience to work in a high-energy, customer-focused environment and develop their skills in both new customer acquisition and customer retention.

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from potential and existing customers. You will play a key role in helping customers access services, retain their accounts, or upgrade their products, while meeting individual and team targets.

What You Will Do
  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers enquiring about services and looking to join
  • Manage calls from existing customers looking to add services or retain their accounts
  • Meet call handling KPIs, including a minimum number of calls per hour and adherence to schedules
  • Achieve sales and retention targets on a daily and weekly basis
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and call-backs efficiently
  • Attend training, upskilling sessions, and team huddles to stay aligned and informed
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience, ideally in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Resilient, persuasive, and target-driven
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong motivation to improve
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
What Would Make You Stand Out
  • Experience in both new customer acquisition and retention
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or telephony software
  • Previous experience meeting strict call and sales targets
