The advisor will act as the first point of contact for my customers so your key responsibilities will be:
Following up enquiries
Advising customers on the best solution for their needs
Dealing with administration
Ensuring all store standards are maintained.
The successful candidate must have:
- Customer Service Skills
- Retail Experience (12 months min)
- Computer literate
- MS Office skills
My client offers up to £17,850 salary package (depending on experience) with a healthy bonus structure.
