Sales Advisor required for our Plumb, Parts and Drain branch in Highgate, London.
This is a permanent role working full time hours; Monday to Friday 7.30 - 4.30/8.00 - 5.00 and Saturday 8.00 - 12.00 on a rota basis. Offering a competitive salary and quarterly cash till bonus.
About the Role
Working in a team, you’ll provide a first class service to customers over the phone and in-branch, developing strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Gaining a good understanding of the customer’s requirements, and by asking the right questions about what they need you’ll provide them with all the right products for the job. You will also help out in the warehouse and with office duties when required.
We don’t expect you to be a sales ninja, in fact full system and product training can be provided, what we’re really looking for is someone with;
- An understanding of great customer service
- A team-working ethic - everyone contributes to the success of the branch
- Good administrative skills to keep on top of the sales process and your customer orders
- Great communication skills, and ideally a full driving licence.
