Our client is seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join the Secured Loans team. You will be responsible for conducting quality sales calls which lead to suitable outcomes for customers.
You will provide support to customers to help them complete secured Loan options in line with their requirements. When a secured loan is not a suitable outcome for a customer you will transfer their needs to other departments who may be able to support them with alternative solutions.
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above.
- Proven experience working to Sales targets.
- Experience working in an outbound call centre.
- Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry.
- Self motivated and upbeat.
- Ability to objection handle.
- Strong IT skills.
- Commitment to complete courses in line with progression in the business.
You will be joining a fun, vibrant and expanding team. Who regularly hold team social events and incentives.
This is a full time role working 40 hours a week on a shift basis, including 8pm finishes.
