Sales Advisor - Digital Motor Enquiries

Do you have motor trade sales experience? Are you looking for more flexible working arrangements?

At Chorley Group we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our new Digital Response Team. The newly formed department are responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries via all our digital platforms, including live chat, our website, Facebook and third party website leads including Autotrader, Carwow and Motors. As always, our customers will be dealt with in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.

We have 1 role available working as part of a team of 3. The available working pattern is over 2 weeks and is; Monday 9am to 3pm, Wednesday 9am to 6pm, Thursday 3pm to 6pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am to 3pm (29.5 hours) on week one, and on week two (26.5 hours) Monday 9am to 3pm, Wednesday 9am to 6pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am to 3 pm. The team operates from 9am to 11pm daily, and there may be opportunity for some overtime in addition to the standard hours. You will have the ability to perform the role from the comfort of your home, or be based at our offices.

Minimum Requirements
  • An excellent command of the English language
  • Motor trade sales / service experience is essential
  • Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Experience in using typical IT systems
  • The drive to self-motivate and hit your team and personal response targets
  • Great written communication skills
