This is a pivotal role in the company, where you will take personal responsibility in securing new business, increasing the number of quotes produced, and make a measurable sales contribution towards the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Using your initiative, selling skills and excellent telephone manner. You will speak to customers to secure commitment from our range of insurance services, and be able to persuade clients to win business for the department.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation with the ability to diarise your days effectively
  • Strong abilities in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Able to manage sometimes complex data
  • Previous experience within a sales environment is essential
  • Strong sales closing skills
  • Adherence to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
  • Able to liaise and provide clear concise instructions to insurance providers
  • Able to check policy documents accurately (including endorsements)

What we will Offer:

In return for working 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri), a basic salary starting at £18,000 per annum, plus OTE.
