Goldman & Fine are looking for Sales Executives for one of our prestige brand clients.

£18,000 salary + Commissions OTE £50,000

Holiday Sales Advisor - No weekends - No Cold Calling

Our client has been established for 51 years and is one of the UK’s leading luxury park operators with eight parks throughout the UK with two new parks opening in 2018. They are a family run business who have been successfully trading since 1966 and currently have over 200 staff. They have built up our reputation and brand to now be one of the UK’s leading luxury park operators.

Our client spends £2.5 million on national press each year and attend the largest exhibitions in the UK such as Grand Designs, Ideal Home Show, This Morning and Gardeners World to name a few.

We are working with them to find confident and proactive individuals who have the drive and ambition to exceed individual and team sales targets and who are happy to have their career fast tracked within 2-3 months.

In return you will receive a generous basic salary 18k with a great commission structure, earning OTE £50k uncapped.

You will work Monday to Friday from 10:00 till 18:30.

The role involves:

  • Outbound calling to clients that on our database
  • Opening the client up as to WHAT they are looking for in a holiday, Dates, park, people going, reason for going etc
  • Using a variety of sales techniques to generate new business
  • Following up on warm sales leads through existing clients, website and brochure interest
  • Customer updates on offers and promotions
  • Passing leads to a closers to deal

We need individuals who have:

  • A passion for delivering a contemporary service with a confident and fun personality
  • An assertive telephone manner who will go the extra mile to create an unforgettable, personalised holiday experience for our customers
  • Competent IT skills
  • Tenacious and takes pride in their work
  • Open to learning, experience isn’t key but the eagerness must be there
