People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a leading packaging company based in Sheffield.

The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial team to meet sales targets and ensure all sales administration is completed in a timely manner.

You will provide a communicative link between the customers and suppliers, carrying out sales and purchase order processing and administrative support with the customer service and sales operations.

You will also liaise with others within the department to ensure that administrative tasks are carried out in an effective and efficient manner.

Shifts:

Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm & Friday: 8.30am - 2.30pm

Day to Day Duties:

Your duties as a Sales Administrator will be:

• Sales Order Processing
• Purchase Order Processing
• Generating Works Orders
• Produce invoices
• Providing General Administrative Support and Clerical Duties to other areas of the company as and when required
• Dealing with customer and supply queries
• To meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Essential Skills:

The skills required for a Sales Administrator will be:

• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for written and visual content
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Clear, professional written communication and a confident approach to internal collaboration
• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite
• A proactive, dependable mindset with the ability to take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks
• Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to support and problem-solving

• Training provided on site with ongoing support throughout
