Sales Administrator

Location: Dagenham

Job Type: Permanent. Full-time. 

Hour of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic team?

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our vibrant company and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. If successful, you will be involved in all areas of the business, from liaising with our sales team and suppliers to dealing directly with clients and coordinating with our in-house operations and finance teams.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Gather pricing information and raise quotations in the correct format.
  • Propose alternatives where indicated and adhere to instructed timelines.
  • Live update and amend paperwork as necessary.
  • Raise orders on the Sage system and manage client and manufacturer acknowledgements.
  • Check acknowledgements and obtain Salesman sign-off.
  • Consolidate and arrange deliveries, liaising with clients and nominated installation teams.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and assist senior team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within customer service or sales environment
  • Proven ability to handle hard deadlines and clear customer expectations.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude and a desire to be part of a team.
