Stacatruc Ltd are looking for someone to join the team as our Sales Administrator.

You will be supporting our:

  • Sales Team, primarily across the administration of orders once the sales exec has won them, the tracking deliveries for orders, and the overall order fulfilment - this will include working directly with customers and suppliers
  • Assisting our Sales Director with administration and team management
  • Representing the company for In & outgoing telephone calls to/from the office
  • Completing sales data entry and providing reports to analyse sales information

You will be:

  • Able to plan and organise work effectively
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Competent with the use of Microsoft (word,excel,outlook) & able to learn a new ERP systems
  • Able to liaising confidently with both customers and staff
  • Enjoy working as part of a fast paced and friendly team / office

Full time permanent position, Monday to Friday. Competitive salary negotiable depending on Experience.

Location: Our Head Office in Thatcham, Berkshire.

All training will be provided.
