Amazing opportunity to join a luxury international company in their administrative team.

Our client are a fantastic company with an impressive international reputation, for the product they produce and the customer service they provide.

This role is largely focused on the administrative process, with elements of customer service also involved. This means that you will be helping customers track the progress of their orders from beginning to end. There is a strong administrative process to follow to ensure that nothing is missed and that all parties are kept updated at all points. It will also be necessary to create and send estimates to clients, as well as keeping the databases updated at all points. Due to the luxury nature of the product that the company deal with, the types of customers you will be dealing with are high net worth individuals, therefore, exceptional customer service is a must at all times.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy administration as well as delivering exceptional customer service when necessary. If you enjoy working as part of a team, in a friendly and professional manner then this is an exciting opportunity for you. The role will be largely administration (70%).

For this role you do need previous office experience, ideally in a similar type role, as they are looking for someone who can confidently carry out their own work.
