We have a wonderful opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a well-respected company on a permanent basis.

Working for a company that prides itself on delivering excellence to its’ clients, you will be supporting the wider Sales and Bid Teams with administrating the client quotation and contract renewal process, generating engaging reports and developing and maintaining excellent and long-lasting working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, always ensuring high customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Administrator, you will have experience of providing administration in a sales environment, working with a CRM systems, bid and quotation forms in line with sales pipeline activity. Using your knowledge of CRM systems, you will have exceptional attention to detail, with a keen analytical mind, along with being flexible and adaptable in a changing work environment. To succeed in this exciting, varied and challenging opportunity, you will have prior proven experience of building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate in a confident and professional manner.

With the ability to work well individually and as part of a team, as a Sales Administrator, you will be highly organised and motivated, using your natural skills to plan and priorities your workload to effectively manage and maintain the CRM system, along with utilising your in-depth knowledge of current industry and market trends to formulate successful client guidance.
