Sales Administrator

Location: Rochdale

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Are you a self-motivated, passionate Sales Administrator who is looking for a new opportunity?

Our client is a rapidly expanding importer of products who supply to the retail industry, who now have an excellent opportunity for a motivated, numerate and organised individual to join their established sales team

To join as a key part of this team you will need to be highly efficient, organised, and be able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly. You will relish getting things organised and getting the job done, have a 'hands-on' approach and be capable of independently completing required functions, whilst also liaising effectively with other team.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of quotes, orders and order confirmations
  • Processing of orders
  • Customer service/sales calls
  • Assistance with key meetings in showroom and at trade shows
  • Processing of orders
  • Processing/sending of order confirmations
  • Creating and supplying customer quotations (Processing of specialist quotes)
  • Completion of supplier and new line forms
  • Organising of brochures and price lists
  • Sending customers brochures, images, samples (via Sales Support) etc
  • Basic administration duties
  • Providing new account documents and chasing their return from new customers
  • Liaising with customers to obtain Purchase Order reference numbers

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working within an admin role / customer service role - working with major retail clients.
