The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- IT Literate
- Strong interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Willing to learn and have training on new skills too
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Sales and Marketing Administration Experience
o Social media engagement knowledge
- Basic website promotions and web administration knowledge
Key responsibilities would be as follows:
- Provide routine administration support along with raising PO’s and tracking consignments timely arrival through purchasing
- Maintain and coordinate departmental information into relevant filing system
- First line support from all external sales
- Answering calls on a daily basis, being the office based contact for all external and internal customer, directing calls/messages to relevant people
- Dealing with day to day enquiries and quotations
- Executing a planned call cycle to existing customers and building relationships
- Supporting MD & GM with varied administrative tasks to include meeting and travel arrangements
