Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a leading SME business in Elland, Halifax.

Client Details

Our client is a leading business based in Elland, Halfiax. The business is looking to recruit administrative support for it's head office function. The Sales Administrator role will provide to administrative support to the Sales Manager.


Sales Administrator - Elland, Halifax

Supporting the sales admin team, you will:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer queries
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information
  • Liaise with the packing department to ensure swift and accurate dispatch of customer orders
  • Maintain good relations with customers & suppliers through prompt query resolution
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records using In-house systems


The successful candidate will have:

Good eye for detail essential - essential

Self-motivated with good time management skills - essential

Previous experience of technical sales admin preferable but not essential

Working knowledge of SAGE preferable but not essential

Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM preferable but not essential

Supported by the Sales Operations Manager you will be expected to quickly get up to speed with our

range of products

Job Offer

Salary £22,000 - £24,000, 28 days holiday including stats, free on site parking. Fantastic business to work for.
