An exciting company are looking for an all-round Sales Administrator/Customer Service Assistant

An exciting company within the manufacturing industry are looking for an all-round candidate who can take on a varied role which includes sales administration, customer service, marketing and general administration.

Your new role

  • Customer contact for supply and delivery-related questions / issues.
  • Manage any feed-back on day to day orders and order queries .
  • Communicate with the customer on order status updates, issues etc.
  • Deal with any ad hoc customer requests concerning supply and delivery.
  • Data entry
  • Cover administrative duties wherever necessary to a high standard
  • Assist with marketing and creativity
  • Be an all-rounder so someone who can file, print, organise, diary manage and integrate as part of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive customer service experience and be a team player.

What you'll get in return
Great working environment with sociable 9-5 hours, Monday-Friday
