This is a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a really friendly and motivated team who will really help you achieve your goals in their growing local Company.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing extensive support with the customer service function and providing a high level of service at all times
- Processing customer orders received online or via telephone and inputting onto the computer system
- Liaising with customers when necessary to clarify order details or to confirm delivery addresses
- Ensuring stock is available to meet customer requirements and forwarding orders to the Warehouse
- Assisting with investigating any complaints received and ensuring a resolution is found promptly
- Maintaining the computerised customer database and updating information held when necessary
