Selective Recruitment are seeking an ambitious individual who wants an opportunity to continue developing their career within the customer services & IT industry.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator for a fast-growing organisation in the Wantage (outskirts) area on a permanent basis. You will be joining a growing and experienced team and will be responsible for approving orders on the system along with updating speaking & assisting customers on a day to day basis.

Job role:Sales Administrator
Location:Wantage (outskirts)
Salary:£18,000 - £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours:Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Primary duties;
*Entering/approving sales orders within NetSuite
*Shipping orders
*Entering prospect clients details onto the in-house database
*Customer Credit Checking for all Prospects and Existing clients
*Chasing and ordering of Software
*Updating promo guidelines pages
*Liaising with stock controller for stock queries/back orders
*Checking the POS (Point of Sale)
*Dealing with customer queries regarding pricing, deliveries and service
*Take part in product training and keep up to date with new products
*General Support (including Ruckus live chats, end user changes, 1st level support)
*Supporting the sales team with administrative duties

Knowledge & skills requirements;
*Experience of using NetSuite.
*Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to listen and articulate effectively
*Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office
*To gradually learn and amass knowledge and detailed understanding of Sales
*No experience is necessary of working with a small but rapidly growing company.
*Needs to be content to work in a semi-rural environment
*To converse with all customers and the people throughout the organisation from Director level to bottom level.
*To be flexible on working hours and to work longer hours as the job may entail.
*To travel when and where necessary if required.
*To be able to run standard reports as and when required.
