Tasks would involve:
Dealing with incoming enquiries from customers by email or telephone.
Providing support to internal colleagues.
Sorting post, data entry, sales and purchase order processing.
Filing and other daily administration tasks.
Dispatching of orders
Receipting in deliveries
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
Maintaining Excel spread-sheets.
Purchase and sales order processing.
Generating quotes to customers.
Answering the telephone and redirecting calls.
Filing/general office duties.
Provide support for the marketing/sales team.
Liaising with suppliers.
Dispatching of orders to customers
An excellent level of literacy/numeracy skills.
Confident telephone manner.
Competent ICT skills, such as Word/Excel/Outlook.
Organised & a good time-keeper.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to multi-task, handling multiple priorities.
Strong administration background.
Be well presented
Punctual and reliable
A good team member
A desire to show initiative
Maths & English GCSE, grade C or above
This position will be offered on a temporary to permanent basis.
