Internal Sales Administrator - Up to £19,500 + £23k OTE

Acorn is proud to be working with a local market leading organisation who are looking to expand their team within the Internal Sales Administration.

You will be responsible for providing the best Customer Service possible in order to ensure all the customers needs are met and exceeded.


* Answer inbound calls from customers, answer any queries in a timely, effective and positive manner.
* Converting new inquiries by telephone, online and email
* Responding to order requests
* Managing the CRM database ensuring customer information is up to date and relevant
* Identify opportunities to up-sell additional products to existing clients and review client spend.
* Monitor and track purchase orders ensuring deliveries are received in a timely manner.
* Liaise with the warehouse to ensure shipments are booked and leaving on time
* Assist the Field Sales team with order processing and assisting them with presentation templates when required.

The ideal candidate will pose a can-do attitude enjoy speaking to clients and be confident in building relationships over the phone and face to face.

You will have a minimum of one-year experience in sales or customer service working within a call centre environment or face to face.

You will have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and be confident using a computer.
