Sales Administrator

Our client who are based in the Grays area are seeking a Sales Administrator on a 9 month basis to start in September.

The working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering calls and transfer to the correct extension
Assist with the call list on a day to day basis 
Chasing orders
Reminding customers of their promotions on every call from the customer
Take orders from customers and input them into their bespoke system
Ensuring accounts are passed through to accounts to chase payments
Liaise with warehouse staff 
Providing copies of invoices to customers
Work closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the department
