Responsibilities

  • · Maintain and update the internal system when required
  • · Generate quotations
  • · Process and complete sales orders
  • · Create and follow up pro-forma invoices
  • · Set up new customer accounts
  • · Prepare and email out documentation to customers
  • · Notifying customers of order delays and changes
  • · Minute taking
  • · General administration duties

Skills and Experience

  • · Highly organised and willing to learn
  • · Work well in a team environment
  • · Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • · Excellent communication skills
  • · IT Literate
  • Previous experience of sales order processing
