Sales Administrator

Administrator, £17,000 - £18,000 per annum, Leeds

My client are a supplier based in Leeds who seek an administrator to join the sales support team. You will be responsible for supporting business development with their administrative needs which include: -

*Order processing
*Quote generation
*Taking new sales enquiries over the phone and establishing customer/client needs
*Production of reports and marketing material for meetings
*Additional administration duties requested by the sales team and wider business
*Act as the first point of contact for existing contacts

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3pm on Fridays, parking is available around site as is the change to work for a fast paced supplier who are quickly growing.

Skills & Experience Required

Ideally you will either already be working with a supplier or have exposure to working in a supply chain / manufacturing company who produce / supply goods to the consumer or trade. Exposure to the supply chain industry is not essential should you have demonstrable experience of the skills required above. A driver's license would be advantageous for this position.
