We here at Siamo recruitment are currently recruiting for a growing organisation looking for motivated, hungry individuals eager to learn and progress within a fast paced, fun environment.

For this role you will need strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to multi task, previous experience within customer service would be desirable but not essential.

There are KPI targets to hit monthly with sales/incentive days where you can earn vouchers, gifts and a wide variety of rewards.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers’ requests/queries in a professional manner

  • Process purchase orders which have been sent over from the sales team

  • Maintain relationships with customers

  • Dealing directly with clients whether be electronically, over the phone of face to face

  • Logging information

  • Working alongside Sales team and Managers

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Handles confidential, financial and personal information appropriately

  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure
