Sales Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an existing team of 6 for my client based in the Chessington area. 

You will be reporting into the Sales Administration Manager and responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders
- Keeping track of orders until they are delivered and answering any queries from clients, keeping them up to date with the status of their orders
- Liaising with couriers and solving any problems
- Creating and managing price lists
- Maintaining stock control information and ordering when necessary
- Sending out emails on news pricing, products and promotions
- Collating sales figures and data, recording and reporting

The successful candidate much have experience in a similar role. 

Salary offering up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience, free onsite parking, plus discretionary company bonus and other benefits.
