A fantastic Customer Services Coordinator job, company situated in Salford, with a salary of up to £25,000 (dependant on experience) this role is an immediate start and for a fixed term of 9 months. This exciting opportunity has recently become available due to a team member leaving for maternity leave. This fast growing company has daily interactions with major retail brands and is situated in the heart of Salford Quays, with nearby tram stops making it easily accessible.
Your new role
Within this role you will be responsible for customer sales orders, specifically ensuring the date of the delivery and pricing are recorded correctly. You will be dealing with queries, shipping, merchandising, logistics and finance. You will also be liaising directly with the line manager with a weekly report.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need skilled use of MS Office, Excel. Along with being a strong communicator, possessing problem solving skills and having a high level of accuracy. Possessing excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and time management within this role will help you thrive within this position.
