Our client are in the Halesowen area looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in the Technology sector.
The role of the Sales Administrator will predominately focus on general administration tasks, including; data inputting, processing customer orders through various methods of communication and handling invoices. The Sales Administrator would also handle customer queries and complaints.
The Sales Administrator shall have:
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Basic Excel knowledge
- The ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
- Ideally worked within an IT business previously
