Sales Administrator

Sales Administration - Order Processing is a key part of this role to begin withm undertaking all office administration

You will be working alongside the Director who will constantly provide interactive training relating to our technology and our markets. With increased proficiency we will encourage you to take on more responsibility. For example, you could be asked to run the office in the absence of senior staff.

Description

As the Sales Administrator within the IT industry located in Acton, you will carry out a number of duties which will increase overtime including the following:

  • Sales Order Processing
  • Respond to phone enquiries

  • After training, prepare quotes with input from our cost estimation team

  • Send and follow up on quotes, and maintain customer relationships

  • Develop new business through social media, telesales, etc.

  • Prepare a variety of spreadsheets for business development purposes

  • Quote and sales statistics, customer profiles, etc

  • General administration, including handling of incoming shipments

Profile

The ideal Sales Administrator for the IT company located in Acton will be/have:

  • An office Administration background
  • Sales Order Processing background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Job Offer

Our client in Acton is offering a salary between £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, with a fantastic benefits package - IT
