Working with an international, well established and leading organisation based in Crawley this role will see you being responsible for providing an excellent level of service to customers through the accurate and timely order processing and handling customer queries professionally.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing credit notes
  • Producing and distributing customer price lists
  • Processing customer claims
  • Ordering office supplies

The hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week with the core hours being 8.30am 5.00pm with an hour for lunch.
