My Client, in the Stourbridge area, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
*First point of contact for daily incoming sales enquiries.
*Effective monitoring of emails.
*Effective use of dealer referrals.
*Informing customers of stock availability.
*Communicating new price lists to customers.
*Provide quotations to customers using CRM.
*Raising new sales orders and acknowledging new orders.
*Process works orders accurately and efficiently.
*Arrange shipping and logistics between customer and courier for export orders.
*Issue picking lists and delivery notes to the warehouse for dispatch.
*Provide test certificates for customers where appropriate.
*Process card payments, sales invoices and credit notes.
*Manage credit control in conjunction with the finance team.
*Raise back to back purchase orders with suppliers.
*Perform inter-warehouse transfers.
*Provide clearance instructions including commodity codes for overseas shipments.
*Provide authorisation and deferment numbers accordingly.
*Receipt of stock including processing landed costs.
*Manage daily order book and action customer back orders.
*Manage daily stock record uploads to company website.
*Match invoices before passing to line manager for authorisation.
*Assist in quarterly stock takes and adjusting stock levels in Sage system.
*Maintain CRM system ensuring customer details are up to date at all times.
*Maintain office filing system ensuring documentation is up to date and accurate.

Skills/Experience Required:
*At least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including both English and Mathematics (certificates must be provided).
*Previous work experience within an office environment is essential.
*Experience within the Automotive industry is advantageous, however full training will be provided.
*IT knowledge is essential, including MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Due to the nature of this role, UK travel may be required, so a full valid driving license would be advantageous.
*An appropriate competency in job skills and knowledge including good command of the English language and Mathematics.
*Flexible approach to work in order to meet deadlines.
*Uses available resources effectively.
*Demonstrates initiative and personal motivation.
*Keen attention to detail.
*Displays an understanding of how the job relates to others within the team.
*A knowledge and passion for the automotive industry would also be advantageous.
