We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our client based in the Holmes Chapel area on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role is commutable from areas including Congleton, Sandbach, Biddulph, Kidsgrove, Alsager.
You will be assigned to a divisional sales team and be responsible for fully supporting them ensuring that you and the team deliver excellent customer service at all times.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients via phone and email
- Checking stock availability
- Processing sales orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Progress chasing
- Organising deliveries
- Dealing with any customer queries
- General administrative support and support for the purchasing team (the system used is a SAP system)
- Strong Customer Service
- Previous experience working as a sales administrator
- Strong data administration skills
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Salary: £8.72 per hour
