We have a fantastic Sales Administrator role available in Bishop's Stortford based in brand new offices with a basic salary of 18k.
You will work Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm with occasional weekends.
- Dealing with telephone calls both inbound and outbound from customers.
- Sending out appointment confirmation emails.
- Data cleansing and dealing with marketing posts.
- Supporting the sales team with potential hot leads, updating appointments and sending customer emails.
- Preparing purchase agreements for completed sales, supporting sales members with this process
- Creating reports and graphs to help the consultants.
- A passion for delivering a contemporary service with a confident and fun personality
- Sales Admin and customer service background.
- An assertive telephone manner who will go the extra mile to create an unforgettable, personalised holiday experience for our customers.
- Competent IT skills specially Excel.
- Tenacious and takes pride in their work
- Full training provided by our Sales Manager.
- Overtime available for those who are hungry to make more money.
