Sales Administrator

Grangers International Limited manufacture and distribute products for the outdoor leisure and shoecare industry.

Currently based in Alfreton, at the end of 2018 we are relocating to new premises at Markham Vale (Jct 29A M1)

Working in our busy sales office the candidate will be responsible for communicating and administering export and UK based customers.

Accurately inputting orders and then co-ordinating despatch, ensuring all documentation is in place, and following through to invoicing.

Maintain accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers

Provision of sales analysis data.

Support the sales team by dealing with customer requests for information and samples.

Investigate and bring to a satisfactory resolution customers queries.

Successful candidate will have experience of dealing with sending orders to export customers.

Personal attributes include, methodical approach, attention to detail, good telephone manner, patient attitude when dealing with customers whose first language may not be English.
