Job Title: Sales Administrator

Hours: Full time Mon-Fri

Location: Leeds

Salary: £15,000


Our client is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and switched on sales administrator to join the team on a permanent basis to start with them ASAP! The hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and an immediate start is available!

Due to exciting expansion, our client are looking for someone with a good work ethic who wants to develop a healthy and fulfilling career. This role will suit someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in with the team.


  • Answering all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner

  • Deal with all incoming and outgoing post

  • Promote the company on social media

  • Produce reports using Microsoft Excel

  • Work well as part of a fast-paced team

  • General administration duties

  • Processing orders on the system, accurately inputting order details

    The Ideal Person:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Able to work well as part of a team

  • Positive and enthusiastic

  • Hardworking and reliable

  • Available immediately

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel

  • Good telephone manner
