Job Title: Sales Administrator
Hours: Full time Mon-Fri
Our client is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and switched on sales administrator to join the team on a permanent basis to start with them ASAP! The hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and an immediate start is available!
Due to exciting expansion, our client are looking for someone with a good work ethic who wants to develop a healthy and fulfilling career. This role will suit someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in with the team.
Answering all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Deal with all incoming and outgoing post
Promote the company on social media
Produce reports using Microsoft Excel
Work well as part of a fast-paced team
General administration duties
Processing orders on the system, accurately inputting order details
The Ideal Person:
Previous administration experience
Able to work well as part of a team
Positive and enthusiastic
Hardworking and reliable
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel
Good telephone manner
